Biography

Suzana DEMYEN is a Lecturer within the Department of Business Administration of Reşiţa, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration, University Babeș-Bolyai of Cluj – Napoca. The professional experience includes the activity as Assistant Lecturer and Lecturer at the “Eftimie Murgu” University of Reșița, Faculty of Economics. She has a PhD in Management and teaches Leadership, Management, Management of Human Resources, Commercial Management. The interest in the domain of training and research is directed onto the management of human resources and organizational behavior. The scientific activity includes 3 books and over 50 papers published in journals indexed in international databases or presented at scientific conferences and contributes as peer reviewer at various national and international publications and scientific events.
