Biography
Kamel Mouloudj is a Professor of Marketing at the Department of Commercial Sciences and the Chair of the doctoral training committee at the University of Medea. He holds a Ph.D. from the Algiers 3 University Faculty of Economic Sciences, Commerce and Management Sciences (2013), and a Habilitation from the Blida 2 Lounici Ali University (2016). Mouloudj’s research interest and expertise deal with analyzing how digital technologies impact a firm’s customer relationship management (CRM) activities. In this space, Mouloudj has examined the relationship between constructs of the theory of planned behavior and intentions to implement green practices and tourists’ intention to stay in green hotels, more broadly, the concepts of Word-of-Mouth, Green Marketing, and Food. More recently, he has focused on the Impacts Of the COVID-19 Pandemic.
