Biography
Jelena Dorčić, PhD, is Postdoctoral researcher on Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management, University of Rijeka (Croatia), where she teaches Statistics and Customer Satisfaction Research on undergraduate level and Service Quality Measurement on graduate level. She is interested in topics related to online customer behaviour, experience quality, e-tourism, smart tourism, and applications of quantitative and qualitative methods in the context of tourism and hospitality industry. She has collaborated on several scientific projects and co-authored number of scientific papers.
