Andreea Grecu is a project manager and lecturer. Between 1999-2004, then from 2009 onward, she is active on the NGO scene, as a member of cultural associations and professional unions in domains such as architecture, heritage, creative education, and public (Uniunea Arhitecţilor din România, New Europe College).

Cultural expert, member in the Cultural Mobility committee for the Sibiu – European Cultural Capital 2007 program, president of the expert committee for the National Cultural Fund 2005 program. The first manager of the Administration of the National Cultural Fund (2005-2009). Founding member of the Association of Cultural Operators in Romania, evaluating expert, lecturer at Bucharest University, and trainer in Cultural Formation.

Evaluator for Swiss -funded programs (2012, 2014), Norwegian-funded programs (2008, 2009), Development of Human Resources – Operational Programme in Romania (2013, 2014). Lecturer of engineering management and law at the Bucharest Technical University of Civil Engineering (2019-at present).
