Biography

Ljupcho Eftimov is an Full-time professor and Head of post graduates studies in MBA in Strategic Human Resource Management at the Faculty of Economics- Skopje, Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Macedonia.
He has perennial academic and practical working experience in the field of Human Resource Management, Performance Management, Educational Management and Brain Drain Phenomenon. Profound experience in organizing and conducting of professional trainings, project management, research and/or providing business consultancy for many companies and institutions.
Ljupco is a Member of the Managing Board of Macedonian Human Resource Association–MHRA, member of the Advisory Board of Directors at Business Center for Training and Education in Economic Chamber of Macedonia, was a Member of National Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness Council of the Republic Macedonia and he has been engaged in preparation of “Macedonian Stop Brain Drain” strategy for the period of 2013-2020 by the Ministry of Education and Science of Macedonia. In 2006, he won the prestigious Chevening Scholarship Award awarded by the Open Society Institute and the UK for Foreign Affairs and Commonwealth and completed a nine-month student residence at the prestigious Oxford University, Oxford, UK as a professional researcher in the field of human resource management and organizational performance management. Now he is a member of Oxford Alumni Association.
He is the author or co-author of several books and scientific papers published in international journals. Concerning journals, he is a Member of the Editorial Board of Journal of Human Resource Management in Slovakia, Member of the Editorial Board of Management: Journal of Sustainable Business and Management Solutions in Emerging Economies published by Faculty of Organizational Science, University of Belgrade, Serbia and Chief Editor of the professional Journal of Human Capital in Macedonia.
He has been a member of many Scientific or Organizing Committees of International Scientific Conferences.
